Mostly in the vineyards or in the cellar, he work with our employees and drive the tractors. he elaborate our champagne.

Valérie
she is in the office and do administrative work. she receive customers and prepare orders.

Laurent and Nicolas
They are employees all the year long. they work in the vineyards and in the cellar, putting labels on the bottles.

Part time employees
Some tasks cause more work and we need more employees, especially for the palissage (about 15 persons more) and the harvest (about 80), the harvest is hand done to select the best grapes.

Our vineyards are located in Aube, near Arconville, Urville and Ailleville, in the heart of “la côte des Bar”. A part of the vineyards is our property and the other part is rented. We use two kind of grapes : Pinot Noir but also Chardonnay.
